SHIPPING COSTS
The transport of items purchased on kelme.com will be carried out through a courier company and will be delivered within a period of 24-48 hours or 3-5 days, depending on the selected service, except for specific cases such as the Balearic Islands or international countries, where this time will be increased depending on the distance.
In order for the order to be shipped on the same day, it must be placed on a weekday before 3:00 PM (15:00h). Orders placed on non-working days or after 3:00 PM will be prepared and shipped by the transport company on the following working day.
