Conditions: unused product, with original packaging and tags; footwear in its original, untampered box.

When requesting your refund, you can choose how you want to receive the amount:

• Store credit to spend at kelme.com: this option is completely free, Kelme covers all collection costs. However, if your original order did not meet the minimum for free shipping and you paid shipping costs at the time, that amount will not be refunded (only the value of the products will be refunded).
• Refund to the original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.): in this case, the collection costs are at your expense, with a fixed cost of €5, which will be directly deducted from the final amount you receive.

To choose this option, it is essential that you expressly indicate it when requesting the return through the form; if you do not specify it, the refund will be automatically processed as store credit.

If the return is made from outside Spain, the collection costs are borne by the customer in both modalities.

The order number appears both in your profile and in the order confirmation email.

It consists of the # symbol followed by 6 numbers, and it is what you should use to correctly identify your return.

Once the refund has been confirmed, it may take up to one week to reflect in your bank account.
