WARRANTY
The guarantee of the products offered by KELME through its website https://www.kelme.com entails that:
a) The product will be delivered in perfect condition and in the quantity requested.
b) The product will conform to the characteristics most recently indicated by the manufacturer, as set out on the Website or in the description of the Product materials at the time of placing the Order.
KELME makes every effort to deliver products in optimal condition. However, if you receive a product that you consider to be defective, you must keep it in its current condition so that we can inspect it within a reasonable period of time. In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, or terminate the contract. These actions will be free of charge for the consumer and user. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within fifteen days of becoming aware of it. This clause will be applied taking into account the nature of the product sold.
To activate the guarantee it is necessary to present:
- Kelme.com purchase invoice
- In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond to the files owned by New Millennium Sports SL
- The warranty will begin on the same day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.
If, under the Contract, you want us to repair or replace the product or refund the amount paid, you must ensure that the product:
a) It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, it has not been handled inappropriately or recklessly, and it has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.
b) It has not been involved in any accident nor has it been damaged when attempting to repair or modify it.
c) It has not been used in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's instructions for the product.
d) It has not deteriorated due to natural wear and tear after receipt.
If the product fails to meet any of the aforementioned requirements, we may, at our discretion, either not repair or replace the product. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses that may result from this process.
