PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:

Kelme.com accepts only credit and debit cards. Payments can only be made in euros.

Credit or debit card payments will be made online using a secure and reliable method for transactions with leading financial institutions. Payments will be made in real time through the corresponding financial institution's payment gateway.

Remember that you must have a valid and operational card, as well as the security details or codes required by your bank.

Kelme.com does not store, save, or record any card information, as this information is automatically sent from the customer's computer to their respective bank. For added security, data is transmitted using SSL encryption. For Visa and Mastercard payments, CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be processed. After verifying that the card is registered with the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to authorize the purchase. Once the bank confirms its authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

To prevent possible fraudulent use of cards, Kelme.com applies a special surveillance protocol and reserves the right to wait for receipt of the payment before processing and shipping the order. Kelme.com also reserves the right to process the order and subsequently ship it if it detects any irregularity. As an additional security measure and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of online fraud, Kelme.com reserves the right to verify the personal information provided by the customer and take any measures it deems appropriate (including canceling the order) to ensure that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the information provided in the order.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL:

If you pay for your order through PayPal, we will connect you directly to the PayPal website for payment. To resolve any issues related to your PayPal payment, you must contact PayPal directly. This includes issues such as:

Erroneous and/or unauthorized payment.
Problems accessing or using your PayPal account.
Refunds from Kelme.com that do not appear in your PayPal account.
Credit or debit cards in your PayPal account.
Add a new credit or debit card to your PayPal account.
Modify credit or debit cards associated with your PayPal account.
Confirm or change the address listed on your PayPal account.
Not remembering your PayPal account password.
Questions about whether your Kelme.com order was processed through PayPal.

COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER:

Once the purchase order and the respective transaction have been confirmed and accepted by the customer, they accept and comply with Kelme.com's payment methods, shipping, and return procedures.

Once the purchase and corresponding bank transaction have been confirmed by Kelme.com, the customer will receive an email with a description of the order, the personal information provided, and the order number, confirming that the purchase was successful. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary network communications problem or a typing error in the email address provided.

If, at the time of placing an order, our warehouse detects that any of the products included in the order are out of stock, we will attempt to contact the customer by phone or email and inform them of the new delivery time or, if applicable, the impossibility of delivery. In the latter case, the amount charged for the item will be refunded as soon as possible.


When processing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or by posting a message on the Website Messaging Service if any of the products included in your order are unavailable due to a lack of stock or a serious error in the terms of sale, such as a significantly low or high price or shipping costs. In such cases, we will not charge you anything for that product.
