The procedure for selecting products in the kelme.com online store is to visit the desired section, either by searching for products by sport, by fashion, or by filtering by gender in the different sections of our menu. You can access the product description by clicking on the name, image, or the buy button, and once there, you can select the size you want. Once you have selected the size and click the buy button, a window will appear with a summary of your order. From there, you can proceed to checkout to complete the order or continue browsing other products.

To complete your purchase, you must access your shopping cart, either from the icon in the upper right corner or via the "Go to Checkout" button. Once this is done, you must enter your details to complete your order:

In the shipping data window we will have to fill in the following fields:

1. Personal information (Name, Surname, Email)
   We can request subscription to the newsletter, as well as the option to receive a random password or set a personalized one.
   
   
2. Enter the shipping information (the location where the order will be received). If desired, you can request an invoice sent to a different address.
   It is important that the shipping information is entered correctly so that the order is received without problems. In the event of an incorrect address, KELME will not be responsible for orders delivered later than usual.
   
   
3. Select a shipping method. Except in exceptional cases, shipping is by default via SEUR. To find out delivery times in your area, please check our Shipping Costs page.
   
   
4. Choose a payment method from the different options offered depending on your area or country.
   
   
5. Finally, we'll see a summary of our order, in case we need to make any changes before finishing.

The prices shown on www.kelme.com already include VAT. For orders from other countries, tax conditions vary by country.
