HERITAGE REDEFINED: WATFORD FC'S NEW 26/27 AWAY KIT

Introducing the Watford FC 2026/27 away kit, designed by KELME to bring back one of the most recognizable designs in Hornets history and reinterpret it with a completely modern identity.
The red and black vertical stripes recall the kit from the 1997/98 season, when Watford were crowned Second Division champions under the management of Graham Taylor. A design that also featured in the 1996/97 and 2010/11 seasons, and which now returns ready to write a new chapter.
The club crest is centrally positioned within the stripes, while the Latin motto of the town of Watford, “Audentior” — “With greater audacity” — appears below the back collar.
The shirt is made from recycled polyester and incorporates a jacquard fabric that provides texture, depth, and a premium finish, combining tradition, performance, and sustainability.
This season also marks the seventh consecutive year of partnership between KELME and Watford FC, a collaboration built on respect for the history, identity, and passion of the Hornets.
The legacy remains. The story continues.
