WATFORD FC AND KELME UNVEIL THEIR AWAY KIT FOR THE 24/25 SEASON

Watford FC's new away shirt for the 2024/25 season was unveiled this morning. This is Kelme's fifth season with the team, making us the club's second-longest-standing technical sponsor.

A closer look at the details of the shirt reveals a subtle pattern of Watford's old crest from the 1950s , while the hornet's wings are subtly woven into the lightweight jacquard fabric, giving the shirt a modern look while also acknowledging the club's past.

The stripe is reminiscent of the 2010/11 home shirt , and the pattern is taken from the club crest used in 1958 and 1959.

In keeping with Watford being the Original Family Club , Academy players of all ages joined Flo Fyfe, Ryan Porteous and Rocco Vata to unveil the new away kit.

The shirt is completed with a crew neck and ribbed sleeve cuffs, WFC text on the neck , a tab at the nape of the neck and a new Kelme label on the hem.

Black shorts and socks complete the new away kit, designed to be used as a replacement for the home shirt, meaning they will be worn occasionally away from home when the yellow and red kit could be mistaken for the home team's.
